If you have to cancel your appointment I completely understand wholeheartedly however, deposit will be forfeited and used for administrative purposes. If canceled within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment. 

Cancelations with 48 hours of scheduled appointment deposit will be transferred towards your future appointment.

In the event I have to cancel our scheduled appointment I will refund 100% of deposit.
